I was very impressed by the condition of the boxes. Sometimes when I order from other websites the package doesn’t come in perfect condition, but this one was. I didn’t know what to expect since you can not find Jessie dolls in any stores, this Jessie doll is absolutely beutiful. My daughter loves the fact that it talks and has a pull string that works. I would recomend this Jessie doll over any other that’s out there, it looks just like the movie.

My 5-year old daughter received this from Santa Claus and she has played with it non-stop. Jessie is made well. My daughter’s only complaint is that her hat falls off a lot. Although several people have complained about Jessie not having real hair rather than plastic, my daughter has not complained about that. And she is a girl who loves to play with a doll’s hair. I am glad it does not have real hair since all of my daughter’s other well-loved dolls have matted hair since she plays with them so much. Now, I won’t have to worry about it with this doll since she has plastic hair.

I purchased Jessie for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday. Lillian has carried her everywhere with her. She is fascinated by all the things Jessie says. Jessie is put together very well–looks exactly like the movie Jessie and seems quite sturdy. Lillian’s little year old brother also loves Jessie–and is trying for it whenever he can! Our son and his wife are thrilled with the toy as well.

Usually, toy manufacturers don’t put much real time nor effort into toys based on a movie – even when that movie is based on their toys! Leader Starscream is the 2nd exception to that rule (first being Leader Prime, ROTF edition).

This toy is a GREAT representation of the movie character. Everything is VERY detailed and the articulation superb for such an awkward looking being. Too difficult for younger kids, but a great buy for 10+ ages.

Here we have what is surely a contender for the best Starscream figure, and definitely one of, if not the best, of the movie based figures. After about a week of messing with him and making him my main desk ornament, I’ve decided to review this figure. Below I’ll list the pros and cons of the figure

Pros:

- Very detailed and accurate, he looks tremendously like his movie counterpart and his markings make an already sleek figure even more awesome.

- Kibble is stored very nicely and fairly compact on his back, and adds to his overall display.

- The kibble also acts as places to store his jet mode missiles and his robot mode rocket launcher.

- His jet mode looks great, very sleek presentation but with a few flaws (continued in Cons).

- Very nice features, including: A missile launcher(which fires the 2 missiles from jet mode), a wrist mounted chain gun, and 2 rockets hidden under his wrist plates (there’s a tiny red lever on his arm to pop them in and out)

- Along with all the great non electronic features, there are transformation and jet sounds, along with 2 phrases he can say by either pressing the button on his back (jet mode) or pulling down on his cockpit (robot), and lights to go with it all of them.

- Transformation is fun and intuitive, however it may be too challenging for some kids, but it’s nowhere near as hard as Leader Class Optimus Prime from the Revenge of the Fallen line.

- Very durable, not even one piece has popped off during transformation or posing, making him an incredibly well made figure.

Cons:

- Could stand to be more pose able, there are no joints to allow the wrists to turn (his arm gimmicks do make up for that though), and there is no way to swivel the waist.

- Transformation sounds go off A LOT during transformation, just touching of the front of the jet may set it off.

- Voice is… different. It’s not bad really, it’s just not what I expected.

- His legs are still very noticeable in jet mode, but nowhere near as noticeable as Jetfire’s robot bits (they at least blended them in as much as possible.

Well, that’s all I have to say on him. Hope this helps some people out, all of his features and sleek presentation make for one great figure, even though there are a few minor complaints. He’s a fantastic addition to anyone’s collection, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you can find him, grab him if you can! You won’t regret it.

Seriously though this toy is nice. Its not heavy but it does have some weight to it and its a very sturdy looking figure. Not to mention HUGE not quite as long as Jetfire in alt mode but he’s solid and a little taller than JF in bot mode. His voice sucks, in my opinion, but its nothing that removing the batteries won’t cure. That’s my only flaw with it, that and the fact that his fingers aren’t articulated. Again though these are minor issues, Hasbro has finally stepped up to the plate in their leader toys. Even if you hate the movie bots, he’s still a nice one to have. Now if we can only get one of Blackout/Grindor…

Also I didn’t realize that some were charging nearly 50 bucks for this guy. I brought mine from TRU its free shipping if over 49 and also its buy one get one free. I paid $50 for him but that included tax and shipping rates.

THE Ultimate AT-AT…the ONE we have always wanted!!,

This is an awesome Star Wars Vehicle! The AT-AT is my favorite Empire vehicle from any of the Star Wars movies and I could not wait for this one! Hasbro did NOT disappoint on this one!! This vehicle goes in line with the other larger Star Wars vehicles such as the Millennium Falcon, the AT-TE and the Clone Turbo Tank! It is a must have for any kid OR collector. The retail price was only $99.99, which was super surprising for a toy with this many features and this size. I may have been a lucky one though to get it for $99.99 from Amazon. It seems to have gone up in price as of now. Hopefully, it will change.

Here are the Pros:
- Its BIG: It measures over 2 feet tall and over 2 feet long! Not exactly to scale with figures, but close enough. This one looks much more accurate to the movie than the older mold from the early 90′s and 00′s (plus it is way bigger) Very nice detail on the entire vehicle.
- There is a TON of space inside for putting figures in (about 6 in the cockpit and 10-12 in the body). Also, one AT-AT driver is included.
- Includes Speeder bike that can be stored and launched from the rear of the vehicle. (you can fit 2 speeder bikes side by side in the back)
- A retractable rope hook for hanging Luke Skywalker (sold separately)
- Real movie sounds and phrases from the Empire Strikes Back (over 10 different phrases and 8 different vehicle sounds)
- Shooting missiles from the cheek guns of the head.
- Main body area can open from BOTH sides to reveal your snow troopers.
- Fully articulated legs at the hip and knee joints. Articulated head with handle that can move head up, down, side to side. (Very Cool)
- VERY SOLID! This vehicle is great for playing with. It should not fall apart very easily, so it is a great addition to all kids who love Star Wars! AND it is pretty simple to put together out of the box and actually pretty fun.
- Very minor sticker application (I really hate applying stickers)

Here are the Cons: (which are not really cons because this vehicle is so awesome!)
- The legs are a little hard to move. You have to use a little force to get them to move and sometimes it is hard to get them in the positions you want them in.
- Wish they included more figures with such a large vehicle.

That is about it! I highly recommend this for anyone who is a fan of Star Wars! You will NOT be disappointed. It is a lot of fun and just a great center piece for your Star Wars Collection!! Thank you Hasbro for releasing such an awesome representation of the AT-AT!!

This new AT-AT is truly awesome and it has loads of excellent features that the old Kenner one was seriously lacking. For example the feet on the old one are way two small, and could barely crush a snowspeeder, but could crush a Star Wars figure no problem. With the head on the old version you could only fit just two figures, whether they be two snow troopers, a snow trooper and an AT-AT driver, two snow troopers etc. Unlike the old vintage head, which was more of a cockpit, this new improved version could definitely be classed as a small command centre. Although this new AT-AT isn’t in 100th percent scale with the 3-3/4″ figures, it still is an incredible toy nonetheless. One thing I’ve always wondered was, if you went back in time to 1982 or 1983, and brought along all these new super upsized vehicles, and showed some kids who had the original one’s, I’d say they would be mad jealous and really blown away.

The detail is really great, and I noticed that quite a few of the details are indeed correct according to the DK cutaway guides. In The Dorling Kindersley cutaway book it shows that the AT-AT has two floors/decks in the back, but considering this toy AT-AT does not have two floors/decks, it does however have technically two or three decks, even though they are not directly above one another. I also love the way the head on this one does not droop down like the old one. It only droops down if you have the handle out. Specking of the head, it has lots of space, although I feel six figures in the head starts to look a bit on the cramped side. I think five figures look great. You can have the two AT-AT drivers at the front, General Veers standing directly behind them, and two Snow troopers standing at the back. Overall the proportion is brilliant in comparison to the vintage walker and obviously it’s way bigger too. I really love the garage section at the back. I managed to fit two Imperial speeder bikes in there side by side. It can also double as another troop hold. Here are the pros and cons:

Pros:

It’s huge, and in much better scale to the figures.

The feet are massive and can crush the new snowspeeder without much trouble.

The legs are well articulated.

The detailing underneath is brilliant, and you can see the turbines.

The head is amazing and you fit up to five figures comfortably, although you can fit six, it starts to look a bit cramped.

The body section is very detailed. It has railings, computer consoles, lights and best of all; it has rappelling platforms for snowtroopers and stormtroopers for them to access the vehicle.

Both sides of the body cavity open up.

It has a proper grappling hook for Luke this time!

It has struts for the feet just like the Dorling Kindersley cutaway guide.

You can actually fit two speeder bikes in the back section side by side. If you take out the speeder bikes, there is loads of room for almost ten figures.

The detailing is fantastic.

It’s very very sturdy and will not fall over easily.

The sounds are brilliant.

Looks great next to the new snowspeeder.

Cons:

It’s not quite to scale.

The body section just behind the head is blocked off due to electronics.

I think Hasbro should have included two sets of guns, one that has firing missiles and another set that are very movie accurate.

Another AT-AT driver should’ve been included.

It also should have come with more battle damage stickers.

Overall I really think that Hasbro outdid themselves with this fantastic toy. Lets hope they will re-do the Sandcrawler and possibly the Imperial Shuttle as well at some stage.

HASBRO you have done it. I can put all my previous At-At walkers back in the closet because this thing is simply amazing. Standing at over 2 feet, this AT-AT is the biggest Star Wars vehicle from the line. But, the circle is not yet complete. All Hasbro has to do now is the new, bigger and improved Imperial Shuttle Tydirium from Return of the Jedi. Anyway, the new AT-AT has lines from the movie plus other new lines, many sound effects like shooting, speederbike swooshing, alarm, and many others, get it and have fun. Personally, when I got it, and opened it, and put it together, I had more fun than any other vehicle that came out. I mean, the size is overwhelming. For those who live in a small apartment and don’t have a lot of space, this is probably not a recommended purchase because of its size. It took me 1 hour to place all the decals in place, put it together, and check out all the sounds. For a Star Wars collector is a must have item. Besides my lifesize Vader, this is the center of my collection. When people come over and see it, they go – - WOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!
Price is good too. If you are lucky some TRU stores have them for $89.99 which is the best deal – Amazon get it down to 89.99!

Bought this tool set for my son after he showed some major interest in my tool set. We’ve had it for a couple of months now.
Here are the pros:
-Very sturdy build. I know they look kind of flimsy in the pictures, but in reality the recycled plastic toys are not going to break or wear out in my life time. The plastic actually gives a little when strained, which I like for little hands and the safety of my furniture.
-Realistic look and feel. The pliers, screw drivers, wrenches, nuts, and screws all work perfectly and interchangeably with each other. The hammer, nails and tool box work well for getting out toddler aggression and the tightness of the nails into the tool box is just perfect for our toddler to be challenged and successful.
-Nice price for what you get, and glad to be “green” while doing it.
-Toddler tested – he no longer sneaks into my toolbox to get his tool fix. He seems fully satisfied with his tools and it has consistently been the first to come out and the last to be put away.
-Each tool is labeled and my son has already learned their names and pretends to read the labels. Nice teaching “tool.”
Cons:
-The small blue building pieces are a little boring – would have liked to see something more intriguing to put together with the screws and nails, but they are easy for my son to handle and he doesn’t seem to mind their simplicity.

After reading Anatole and the Toyshop, my daughter became obsessed with being a “carpenter mouse” and found she just had to have a tool set. So, she sold her old boring toys and saved her allowance, and we went searching for the perfect one. We were both thrilled to find this one by Green Toys.

Green Toys, for those unfamiliar, is a California-based company who manufactures all of their toys from recycled milk cartons — In the USA! This means that all their toys are made from stable, safe high-density polyethylene, and don’t have (or need) any scary surface paints. As a mom, this makes me so happy I could dance!

The toy itself is pretty cool from a kid-perspective too. It comes with a couple screwdrivers, two nails, two screws, two blue doohickeys that can attach one piece to another, two nuts, a saw, pliers, wrench and a hammer. Lots o’ stuff. If you think outside the box – literally – there’s a whole world of things that need to be repaired, sawed into a thousand pieces, and whacked repeatedly with a hammer.

My daughter has used her screwdrivers to ‘fix’ her broken camera. In the role of “carpenter mouse” she has very diligently dismantled an old diaper box, and freed a whole family of mice. Sometimes she gets around to hammering a nail or two into the side of the carrying case, or has a few mishaps with the screws (they’re tricky and haven’t been mastered yet). But definitely, if you don’t use your imagination, the inserting and removing of screws/nails could become tedious and dull very quickly.

Our only disapointment with this toy was that ours came with two Phillips screwdrivers and no flat! Our daughter was already way too attached to return the thing, so I thought ‘what the heck’, shot Green Toys an email with all our purchase info, and the little problem we had. They responded within 24 hours. Within a week, we had not only a shiny new flathead screwdriver, but a couple spare parts for our tool set. The customer service has totally sold me on Green Toys. What an awesome company!

So, bottom line. It’s safe. If you use your imagination, or rather, prod the kids in the direction of using theirs, this is a great toy.

I purchased the Sonic Screwdriver as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old daughter. It was a huge hit! She was more excited about it than any of her other gifts. My wife and I were also very impressed with the quality of the product. It is very well made and came with its own batteries. I must admit that with the interchangeable ballpoint pen and invisible ink heads I really would love to get this as a gift myself. It is so great to see a toy that is so well made. Doctor Who fans at any age will love this product.

This is a very good facsimile, I would say about 95% screen accurate. I am a professional Prop Maker, so I am very picky about my Props. The controls on the original are a little different, but not so the average person would notice. for the price and what it does, it is a beautiful piece of work. A definite yes buy for the avid collector. Mind you it is plastic but if you are careful with it, it will last a very long time. I myself have purchased several of them so I could modify some and use the circuits from others.

My 8 yr old grandson worked to buy this helmet. He appreciated that the price of helmet came down to $15 less than it cost in stores like K-Mart etc. Helmet is made of durable plastic…fit is a little tough to line everything up as one assembles it. But solid…though it is a big helmet for real young kids.

Overall grandson is glad he got it. And the voice options on helmet are OK with him. Educational value is my subjective view. My grandson who loves everything Star Wars would surely rate it as 5 stars!

Now we are planning to get the remaing things, such as the plush toys, train track and interactive figures over the course of the holiday season.

My 3 and 5 year olds love this train! The train is ok quality- not as nice solid as Geotrax but i’m not too concerned about it breaking. Sadly it is just the right size to not be compatable with our Geotrax set (we do have a tunnel that it mostly fits through- if Laura the Giganotasaurus gets off) so they like using that as a time tunnel. The train says a few phrases and lights up when it goes through the time tunnel. Not too load or obnoxious. The cars are easy for a little one to connect/ disconnect but as a result don’t hold together well if you want to pick up the whole thing. The figures are ok quality and have nice detail (very true to the show) BUT they don’t all stand well on thier own- esp on a moving train. They have a hole in thier feet and a matching “peg” in the train cars- but the hole in the foot is too small! GAH!!! The kids don’t care doesn’t care but I’m a bit dissappointed. I got it at the store with the giraffe mascot for $[...] We also got some train car/ figure sets as well for $[...] a piece. Each box has little facts about the different dinosaurs.
